Track From Your Account

1. Sign in to your account

   Log in with the email and password you used at checkout.

2. Open your order history

   Go to My Account → Orders to see every order you’ve placed.

3. View order details

   Select an order to see its current status, items, and — once it has shipped — your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier.

Ordered as a Guest?

No account? No problem. Every guest order still receives shipping and tracking notifications at the email address entered during checkout. Locate your order confirmation email and use the tracking link inside. If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll send your tracking details right away.

Understanding Your Order Status

• Processing — We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment (typically 1–2 business days).
• Awaiting FFL — For firearm orders, we’re verifying your receiving dealer’s license before shipping. Learn more →
• Shipped — Your package is on the way and a tracking number has been emailed to you.
• Delivered — The carrier has marked your package as delivered.

Firearm Orders

Firearms ship to your chosen licensed FFL dealer rather than your home address. Once your firearm arrives, the dealer will contact you directly to schedule your in-person transfer and background check. You’ll see tracking to the dealer’s location in your order details just like any other shipment.

Tracking Says Delivered but Nothing Arrived?

Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a little early. Please allow 24 hours, check with neighbors and household members, and look for a notice from the carrier. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us within 7 days and we’ll open a carrier claim on your behalf.
