1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Raincross Armory website at raincrossarmory.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. To purchase handguns, you must be at least 21 years of age. To purchase long guns (rifles and shotguns), you must be at least 18 years of age. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and are legally eligible to purchase firearms under federal, California, and local law.

You further represent that you are not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms under any applicable law, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).

3. Firearms Laws & Compliance

All firearm sales conducted through Raincross Armory are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including:

• The Gun Control Act of 1968 (18 U.S.C. Chapter 44)
• The National Firearms Act (26 U.S.C. Chapter 53)
• California Penal Code provisions governing firearm sales, transfers, and registration
• California’s 10-day waiting period for all firearm purchases
• California’s Assault Weapons Control Act
• All applicable ATF regulations

All firearm purchases require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. Raincross Armory reserves the right to refuse any sale at its sole discretion.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site
• Use the Site to facilitate any illegal firearm transaction
• Post false or misleading information about firearms or our products

5. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or current. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

6. Online Orders & Transfers

Firearms purchased online cannot be shipped directly to customers. All firearms must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer. Raincross Armory will coordinate the transfer process in compliance with California law, including the mandatory 10-day waiting period and DROS (Dealer Record of Sale) submission to the California DOJ.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of firearm sales and applicable laws, all sales of firearms are final once the transfer is complete. Accessories and non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition with receipt. Ammunition sales are final. Please contact us at info@raincrossarmory.com for return authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Raincross Armory or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Raincross Armory disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raincross Armory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
