Shipping Policy
At Raincross Armory, we ship fast and we ship right. Every order is processed with care, packed securely, and moved through the proper legal channels so it arrives safely and in full compliance with federal, state, and local law.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, new product releases, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if a delay affects your order.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the package leaves our facility, not from the time the order is placed. Raincross Armory is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or events outside our control.
Firearm Shipments & FFL Transfers
All firearms are shipped in accordance with federal law. Per ATF regulations, firearms cannot be shipped directly to a private individual. Every firearm must ship to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, where you will complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check before taking possession.
How it works
- Add your firearm to the cart and complete checkout as normal.
- Provide the name and contact information of your chosen local FFL dealer, or let us help you locate one near you.
- We verify the receiving dealer’s license and ship your firearm directly to them.
- The dealer will contact you when it arrives so you can complete the transfer in person.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states, subject to state and local restrictions. Certain products — including firearms, ammunition, magazines, and other regulated items — cannot be shipped to specific states, counties, or cities where they are restricted by law. If an item cannot legally be shipped to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.
Ammunition
Ammunition ships ground only and cannot be expedited or shipped by air per carrier hazardous-materials rules. You must be at least 18 years old for rifle/shotgun ammunition and 21 for handgun ammunition. An adult signature is required on delivery. Ammunition cannot be shipped to states or localities that prohibit direct-to-consumer ammunition sales.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we email your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
